||Nexia International is focussed on raising the profiles of its female leaders within the network. In line with this, to celebrate International Women's Day 2019, Nexia marketing hosted a webinar around this topic on 4, 5 and 8 March 2019.
The case for gender diversity is a compelling one. Whilst continuous efforts have been made to break the 'glass ceiling', progress to parity remains slow and in some cases exclusive!
This webinar explored some familiar illustrations focused on recruitment and retention, encourage conversation, and provide some useful resources and recommendations.

Women's Running UK | Ammaarah Hafezi
Ammaarah Hafezi, who sits in the marketing team at the Global Office, was interviewed for a full spread and featured on the front cover of Women’s Running UK for their February issue discussing breaking barriers and encouraging more women to step outside their comfort zones. With this feature, she is also one of the first Asian women to have been featured on the magazine’s front cover.
