Nexia Week 2025 – Grow with the flow
Nexia Week is our annual celebration of shared strengths, core values, and global connectivity. From 8–12 September 2025, firms across our network came together under the theme Growth, with the slogan “Grow with the Flow.”
Why Growth?
This year’s theme invited every member firm to reflect on their journey, celebrate progress, and share their stories with the wider network. Growth for us means adaptability, collaboration, and continuous learning in a rapidly evolving world. It’s about moving with purpose, embracing change, and supporting one another so we grow stronger, together.
A week of connection
Throughout the week, member firms around the world:
- Organised team activities that explored new skills and mindsets.
- Volunteered in their communities to help local causes thrive.
- Shared success stories and lessons learned to spark collaboration across borders.
- Took part in team-building sessions that strengthened learning and partnership.
- Created vibrant, creative work environments that showcased connection and growth.
Nexia also hosted network-wide sessions throughout the week, giving members opportunities to connect, participate, and hear inspiring stories from peers across regions and service lines.

By sharing what works and learning from each other, we are accelerating opportunities for collaboration and creating even more value for our clients. Nexia Week is a reminder that growth is not a destination, it’s a shared practice.
