    Nexia International extends its presence in North America with new member firms in the US and Canada

    Nexia International (Nexia), a top 10 network of independent accounting and consulting firms, has added to its North American presence with the addition of Andrews & Co. CPA in Canada and Hayflich CPAs in the US.

    Andrews & Co. is based in Ottawa, Ontario, and has five partners and 35 members of staff . The firm, which was set up 38 years ago, provides audit, tax, business advisory, valuations, estate and succession planning, business management, and merger and acquisition services. It specialises in helping small and medium-sized businesses, working with First Nations and Aboriginal Peoples, assisting with research and development tax credits and servicing the charity, professional services, and manufacturing and technology sectors.

    New US member firm Hayflich CPAs (previously with BDO), has offices in Huntington and Charleston, West Virginia, with three partners and 24 members of staff. The firm provides accounting, assurance, tax, business valuations, estate and succession planning along with employee benefit and retirement planning services. It specialises in providing services to the dealerships, manufacturing, wholesale distribution and healthcare industries.
