International Women’s Day – Khrystyna Onyshchenko

Have you faced any challenges about inclusion within your career?

Throughout my career, I’ve certainly encountered challenges related to inclusion, particularly within the legal profession. Despite advancements, there are still systemic barriers that hinder the full participation of underrepresented groups. These challenges range from implicit biases in hiring and promotion processes to unequal access to opportunities for professional development.

How do you encourage inclusion within your team and your firm?

Despite the challenges, diversity, equality, fairness and other gender-inclusive principles are very close to Nexia DK’s culture. We are committed to creating a diverse and equal working environment where everyone has the opportunity to fulfill their potential, irrespective of gender, age, pregnancy, motherhood, or personal priorities, because first of all, we value competence.

We support female leadership and offer equal career advancement opportunities, because we recognize the importance of representation at all levels of our organization and strive to ensure that our leadership team reflects the diversity of our workforce.

What is the business benefit of inclusion within the professional services sector?
