How do you encourage inclusion within your team and your firm?

I promote inclusion by participating in volunteering activities, offering my collaboration in company tasks, fostering harmony, training myself, and building with others to seek my best version.

What is the business benefit of inclusion within the professional services sector?

The business benefit is to allow the development of my career within the company, to provide my tools to improve processes, making them more flexible and of quality, and giving me the opportunity to contribute my approach, complementarity, and interdisciplinarity, and to learn from others, respecting divergences, sharing institutional events, after-office gatherings, and being motivated by new challenges that arise.
