The trade marks NEXIA INTERNATIONAL and NEXIA, and the NEXIA logo, are owned by Nexia International Limited and are used by the member firms of Nexia under licence.  

Any and all intellectual property rights subsisting in any Nexia publication or other document are, and shall continue to be, owned by (or licensed to) Nexia. 

Nexia does not accept liability for any loss arising from any action taken, or omission, on the basis of the content of any Nexia publication or other document. Professional advice should be obtained before acting or refraining from acting on the contents of any such publication or any document.

Nexia & AGN International Ltd (“AGN”)

Nexia and AGN International Ltd have entered into a collaborative alliance.

Neither AGN nor any of its members are members of Nexia, nor otherwise are in a “network” (as defined by IESBA 2023 Handbook of the International Code of Ethics for Professional Accountants) with Nexia or any of its members. Neither Nexia nor any of its members are members of AGN.  

AGN and Nexia do not share common control, ownership, profits, branding, business strategy, material common costs, nor significant client service or other professional resources or methodologies. AGN is not covered by of any quality monitoring or independence policies, procedures or regimes operated by Nexia.
