Nexia, the leading middle-market global network of independent accounting and consulting firms, is delighted to announce that Dutch firm De Hooge Waerder (“DHW”) has joined its network.
DHW is a full-service accounting, advisory and tax organisation and comprises five offices with 15 partners and a total staff of 195. Its annual turnover is in the region of €25 million and it is ranked 35th in the Netherlands accounting tables.
In order to promote international business, DHW’s Amsterdam office will immediately launch as NEXIA DHW, whilst the Alkmaar, Beverwijk, Haarlem and Heerhugowaard offices will continue to operate as De Hooge Waerder within Nexia’s network.
Director Michael Salman says: “We are excited to join this dynamic and international network to better serve our client-base. We strive to help entrepreneurs and mid-market firms scale and expand internationally and Nexia will be able to help us deliver on that mandate.’
Paul Ginman, Interim CEO of Nexia, says: “We are thrilled to welcome Nexia DHW and the four other DHW offices into the network. The Netherlands is a very important jurisdiction in terms of European and International business, and it is fantastic for our clients and members to have a collegiate and entrepreneurial firm in the heart of Amsterdam, with a wider Dutch footprint, once again.”
